We wanted to create a visual identity that was unique to the industry and would be both memorable and inspiring. The brand needed to reflect the joy of slow mornings and slow brews, of living intentionally and enjoying life. We aimed for an optimistic brand feel that reflected the friendliness of the founders and the quality of the product. We continually referenced nature – in form, texture, imagery, and color. Using the brand’s value, and growth, to inform every design decision from the logo to the icons, illustrations, letterforms, typography, and even the labels printed on seed flower that grows into wildflowers when planted.
