Our re-brand culminated in a launch event on Thursday, 4th May where we announced a new identity in-line with our evolving business. This was the culmination of months of product and market development to create a brand promise for our customers and the industry. At the event, we launched new packaging, aluminium capsules, an instant offering, a revitalised 90+ (Q Grade score) limited edition coffee, a training campus and a growing international footprint with the announcement of roasting capability in Saudi Arabia. The time was right to ensure our brand identity represented our place in the market. We have been intent on making specialty coffee available for all, debunking the mystery or tattooed baristas and complicated menus and contributing to the whole value chain. Born in 2005, Coffee Planet as a strong Arabia heritage and we took the opportunity to refine our core competencies and build the brand strategy from there. Our employees and customers see us as innovation and cool so the brand needed to represent this – “the brew dog” of our industry. In our journey as a brand, we’re the first to deliver specialty at scale. We set out to create a strapline that would constitute two significant aspects of our business: 1. Our core expertise in delivering specialty coffee 2. Enriching our value chain every step of the way They have brought both these aspects into a common plain and have an articulation we are proud of.
