We wanted Terranova Coffee Co. to finally look like the company it had already become. Since 2010, Terranova has been roasting 100% Certified Organic specialty coffee in Sacramento on an 80-year-old roaster, with a story rooted in family, craftsmanship, and community. But the brand was no longer telling that story with the clarity, confidence, or presence it deserved.

The redesign was meant to bring Terranova forward—to create a brand that felt more vibrant, recognizable, and emotionally connected to the quality of the coffee itself.

We wanted a visual identity that could build awareness, turn heads, and carry consistently across digital, retail, merchandise, and beyond.

Sustainability is expressed as a core brand value, not just a secondary message. The organic-forward palette of layered greens, the cream accents, the agricultural illustration, and the overall design of the visual language work together to communicate a clear connection to organic coffee, thoughtful sourcing, and a more grounded way of doing business.

The identity was created to offer those values instantly, while still feeling elevated and approachable.
