Steam itself had a big impact on our branding. In addition to the deep connection coffee has with steam our café is comfortably situated right on the Erie Canal which was built with the help of steam powered equipment and pure innovation. As the age of steam came to an end , one of the final things invented that we continue to use and improve today is the mighty espresso machine. Steam has had a big part in the world of coffee and we are happy to represent that with our branding, packaging and content.
