Ready Set! is a small batch coffee roaster committed to changing the relationship between coffee and community. When COVID hit, Ready Set! Coffee Roasters was in the process of signing a lease and designing our roasting facility with now unprecedented challenges and few clear pathways forward. Our talented branding partners, Stick & Bindle Studio helped us address what we saw as crippling constraints, and reframed them as opportunities to meet our customers’ needs in new and meaningful ways.

By promoting free next-day local deliveries in branded boxes that included fun stickers and personalized note cards, we were able to exceed the expectations of a hometown workforce struggling to work (and get their fix) from home. Our online sales soared, but more importantly we earned good will and gratitude from the budding coffee community we are committed to grow and serve before our brick and mortar is even open.
