What we wanted to achieve with design is not only to be relevant to today's customer's needs and industry trends but to bridge the gap between the retail (in cafe) and online (ecommerce) experiences. To do this, we designed the "Find your roast" quiz which allows the user to find their ideal coffee by answering a few questions. Next, we worked on revamping our Tone of Voice. This enabled us to envision our expression as who we are - a family-run coffee roaster. This led to some really fun designs and a unique brand approach that differentiates us in many ways.
