Our coffee is conceived in Oklahoma and micro-roasted in Seattle. We use a carefully coordinated supply chain to ensure the ideal moisture content of our 100% Arabica beans on every step of their journey. Our craftsman are masters of combustion and convection. We carefully calibrate the drum-roasting process to the thermal absorption characteristics of our premium selected coffee beans. Our skilled roasters optimize the natural gas flame, drum rotation, and airflow for every batch, avoiding excess heat transfer and harsh flavor. That’s our road to a bold, robust, and timeless taste. And a coffee that works as hard as you do.
