Onyx Coffee Lab is focused on bringing transparency, unprecedented hospitality, service, training, and the absolute best coffee offerings to our customers.

Our newest cafe is located in the atrium of The Momentary, a contemporary performing arts space. The building was formerly a cheese factory, and our cafe is located in the old milk receiving bay.

We never understood why to-go tumblers made design decisions that compromised the coffee drinking experience. The senses–taste, smell, and touch—were ignored, while durability and heat retention were prioritized. Why not both?
