Peeling Concept - Zireto Univesity Coffee Shop
The concept is titled "Peeling" — an exploration of revealing what lies beneath the surface, both spatially and experientially. Just as peeling back a layer exposes something raw and honest, the design strips away ornamentation to foreground material texture, spatial flow, and sensory contrast. The café operates as two distinct but connected worlds: a vibrant, walk-in gelato bar — energetic, red, and open to the street — and a serene, seated caffe interior where warm oak, pale stone, and abundant planting invite guests to slow down.
