The idea was to create a space with an ambiance of an upscale café while showcasing beautiful architectural design and aesthetics inspired by coffee history. Set in old Lahore within an antique building which once housed Asia’s largest cinema screen in the 60’s, the space combines multiple forms of design aesthetics to bring a unique experience.

With the use of the finest materials to create a luxury production space, RBR raises the bar and sets new standards on how aesthetically pleasing a production space can be, while being practical. The roastery has an attention to detail and merges modern, industrial, vintage and rustic concepts in a way that if we were to sum up the experience in one word it would be: finesse.

Being the first of its kind specialty coffee roasting facility in Pakistan the idea was to have a space that appeals to a wider audience and incites curiosity about learning more about coffee. An invite only space that gets people started on the journey of specialty coffee and a museum of sorts for coffee aficionados.

The complexity of design is the core element while every detail blends in to create harmony and purpose making it a place worth spending hours roasting in or listening to music while enjoying coffee from multiple brew methods. The space uses a mix of antique and contemporary materials and designs like rustic leather seating, wooden décor, mood lighting and marble settings.
