It was really important to us that the brand feel elevated while still feeling dynamic enough to capture attention on a shelf.
Kona Coffee Purveyors grows and roasts their coffee on Hawaii's Big Island, and the bold color palette is a nod to the landscape's rich heritage and terroir. It was critical to bring a sense of Hawaii to the brand without relying on trite clichés, like tiki torches or flowers.
Many of the visitor's to the café hail from around the world, so it was important for us to design a brand that felt like a conversation starter and an opportunity to bring a piece of the island home with them.
