We believe in the value of Made in Italy craftsmanship. We want quality coffee not to remain an experience for a few and we do it by combining tradition and technological innovation, transparently, sharing our philosophy with those who believe in us.

It all started in our parents' kitchen. There, in the heart of the house, we brothers grew up watching our father handling coffee grinders and the first home espresso machines. He was a pioneer of home espresso and we, who were just children, were delighted to watch him. His DNA allowed us to be who we are today. We are a Family Company deeply linked to our city, Verona: two brothers, two “Bros.”, totally different, complementary to each other, but with a history of coffee in common. We think that quality coffee should be accessible to all.

To do this we built our project with the values in which we strongly believe.

PRODUCTION CHAIN: We believe in compliance with the coffee supply chain (The Coffee Chain), we want a relationship of direct dignity with people who work quality coffee on the other side of the world, because they are families just like us.

TRANSPARENCY: The doors of our company are always open. A bit like the kitchens of modern restaurants. We are ready to share our choices and our philosophy with you.

INNOVATION: We are enthusiastic experimenters; we like to innovate and seek the “why” of things. We believe that the web allows us to cut all the bridges and be closer to you.

QUALITY: We don't pay attention to fashions, but when we sip a coffee, we are looking for something unique and extraordinary. This is why we carefully select the coffee, after having roasted and tasted it several times.

ENVIRONMENT: it is an issue that is close to our hearts, on which it is impossible not to be involved. We adopt an advanced system for the abatement of VOCs (Volatile Organic Components, including Formaldehyde and Hydrocarbons) which in some cases are pollutants and carcinogens, bringing their values well below the levels set by law. We do not do it because we have to, but because we want to. Nature must not necessarily be weakened by the work of man.

Fresh harvests: The green coffee we work with comes from current crops, which can be more expensive but that ensures a higher product. We don't take lots of green coffee that have more than 12 months from harvesting. Davide is Italian Roasting Champion of 2020 During Sigep 2020 Davide won the Roasting Championship, amazing the judges for the quality of the proposed Blend. We are proud of this achievement because it rewards the efforts, we make every day to give our customers a product of the highest quality.
