In the design for 7th street, we wanted to create a space that was warm, inviting, modern and intentional. It was important for us to have the cafe feel like an oasis, a stark contrast to the Sonoran desert that Provision resides in. Working with midcentury modern designs tenets, we create clean linear lines with furniture and focal points, background lighting, natural and man-made material integration, and vibrant color combinations. Abiding by our mission statement, “Building community through quality coffee,” we worked with many natural elements of the area, such as copper and mesquite, as well as local artists, designers, and architects to ultimately create our 2nd cafe, known as “The Link.”
