The goal was to create a coffee brand that feels grounded and human.

The design is meant to invite a pause, encourage routine, and make coffee feel like a moment of presence rather than a product to rush through.

The design is informed by everyday references rather than overt visual trends: kitchen tables, handwritten notes, old café receipts, recipe cards, and found in homes.

Lungo approaches sustainability as small-batch roasting reduces waste and prioritizes quality over volume. From a design perspective, sustainability shows up in restraint.

The packaging avoids unnecessary materials, finishes, and components, favoring paper-based, recyclable elements that are meant to be used, reused, or kept rather than discarded immediately.
