With this design, we wanted to create more than a visually attractive coffee shop. Our goal was to build a space that communicates the values of specialty coffee through atmosphere, materials, storytelling, and emotional connection.

We wanted guests to immediately feel warmth, calmness, and authenticity while still experiencing a refined and contemporary environment. The design was intentionally created to slow people down and encourage a more conscious coffee experience.

The interior combines natural wood, marble, metal, soft grey tones, and the DABOV signature red accent wall to balance minimalism with warmth and character. The illuminated logo wall and the world coffee map featuring the farmers we work with are central elements of the concept, visually connecting guests to the origins of the coffee and the people behind it.

Our inspiration came from Scandinavian minimalism, modern specialty coffee culture, and the atmosphere of contemporary living spaces rather than traditional cafés. We were also inspired by the idea that specialty coffee spaces should feel welcoming and human, not intimidating or overly luxurious.

Every detail was designed to support sensory experience and emotional comfort—from the soft lighting and carefully selected materials to the jazz music and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee. We intentionally reduced unnecessary decorative elements to create a cleaner architectural language where the coffee, the barista craft, and human interaction become the focus.

Ultimately, we wanted to create a timeless specialty coffee environment that feels personal, memorable, and deeply connected to the philosophy of specialty coffee and the farmers behind it.
