Bevel Coffee is full of personality and purpose. Founded by Kevin Mejia with roots in Honduras, the brand celebrates its heritage with bold, hand-drawn illustrations and a wink of mischief.

The Scarlet Macaw, Honduras’ national bird, shows up throughout the design with a cheeky side glance that invites you to think about where your coffee comes from.

Muted earth tones and subtle nods to Lenca culture keep the look grounded while the playful macaw reminds you that sustainability and great coffee can go hand in hand.

Bevel is serious about coffee without taking itself too seriously.

The packaging uses 30% post-consumer recycled material, meaning the plastic is reclaimed and reused instead of discarded. This reduces waste, lowers demand for new plastic, and can be recycled multiple times before needing reinforcement.

Conceptually, the sustainability message extends beyond the bag itself. The macaw, a recurring brand symbol, references the ecological reality of shade-grown coffee. When coffee is cultivated alongside native canopy plants, it supports biodiversity, restores soil health, and provides habitat for bird populations, helping prevent deforestation.
