18grams Coffee. ∞ Love
The coffee shop design concept encompasses innovation, simplicity and a touch of personal style. My goal was to create a space that showcased my client's passion for coffee while remaining functional and aesthetically appealing. To achieve this, I drew inspiration from my client's love for coffee and their travel experiences by incorporating a minimalist and modern Asian design style, with a personal touch to make it unique. We were careful not to overpower the space with the design itself, but instead, we wanted it to be a canvas that highlighted the art of coffee making. As this is their first coffee shop, we wanted to set a clean direction for the ones that will come. The design is not only current and functional for this location but will also work for future projects. In creating this we were also mindful of the sustainability aspect and ensured that the process of creating the product minimizes material use. In addition, in the design concept we incorporated a small tribune and fitting shelf systems for product display, which will also be used for coffee training, making it an educational space for coffee enthusiasts. Overall, the design is innovative and cost-effective, providing customers with a new twist on a classic coffee shop experience which they already appreciate.
